As part of a small, mission-driven team, you’ll play a hands-on role in building and scaling the systems behind our upcoming soft launch. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and maintain game backend systems for a live-operated mobile game using Azure, PlayFab, Unity, and C#




- Develop and deploy backend services using container technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Design, document, and communicate technical specifications for new features
- Integrate game client and backend systems to support multiplayer, progression, and live event features
- Develop responsive web game dashboards and companion sites using React or React Native, JavaScript, and HTML
- Support smooth live operations by debugging issues, optimizing server performance, and improving workflows
- Collaborate with engineering, art, design, and narrative teams to bring the game vision to life
- Conduct code reviews, share best practices, and mentor other engineers as needed

Who You Are:
- 3+ years of professional experience in software or game development
- Proven track record of shipping a commercial Unity game or major feature (mobile preferred)
