We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong Social Media expertise to manage two brands (business + personal) and handle daily Google Sheets data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute social media strategies for business & personal brand
- Manage and post content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google My Business, Yelp, HomeAdvisor:
- Write engaging captions, descriptions & tags in advanced English:
- Schedule and manage content using GoHighLevel (GHL):
- Daily data entry in Google Sheets (quotes, jobs, receipts, warranties)
- Ensure all data is entered within 24 hours (by next-day noon)
Requirements:
- Advanced English (written & comprehension)
- Proven Social Media Management experience
- Strong copywriting skills (US-local tone)
- Highly organized, deadline-driven
- Comfortable with repetitive data entry tasks
- GHL experience is a plus (not required)
