Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and the broker:
- Respond actively to business and client needs:
- Use business tools and platforms efficiently:
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve incidents professionally:
- Coordinate with internal departments to support clients effectively:
- Offer administrative and operational support to clients and the sales team:
- Manage follow-ups and time-sensitive requests in an organized manner
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal):
- Previous experience in customer or sales support roles:
- Technological proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly:
- Portuguese: native or advanced level:
- English proficiency desirable:
- Basic knowledge of FX and CFDs is a plus
