RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SALES DEVELOPMENT REP
- Identify potential clients’ challenges and needs
- Qualify leads and connect with key decision-makers
- Overcome objections with strategic solutions
- Schedule follow-up appointments for Account Executives
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate records
- Consistently meet call targets and seek continuous improvement

COMPENSATION DETAILS
- Part-Time: $400/month base + $800-$1,200/month in bonuses (4-hour daily commitment)
- Full-Time: $800/month base + $1,400-$2,200/month in bonuses (8-hour daily commitment)
- Bonus: $25 per appointment set
