The Role:
You’ll operate remotely and interface with distributed teams across time zones. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will set you up for success.
What You’ll Do:
- Validate and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Track financial transactions and maintain updated ledgers
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies
- Support compliance with healthcare finance regulations and internal controls
- Contribute to monthly/annual close processes and audit readiness
- Leverage tools like Excel, QuickBooks, or NetSuite to manage financial data
- Keep clear, well-organized records and documentation for all financial activity
Must-Have Qualifications:
- At least 3 years in a finance, accounting, or operations role
- Direct experience in the medical or healthcare industry (non-negotiable)
- Invoice processing expertise and strong administrative finance skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail in data handling
- Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheets
- Strong English communication; Spanish is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Experience on remote, cross-border finance teams
- Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare billing, or claims management
- Strong time management under tight deadlines
Compensation Range: $12K - $16.8K
