Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and material estimates across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review architectural and engineering plans
- Perform digital takeoffs and prepare quantity estimates
- Break down material and labor requirements by trade
- Support project managers and purchasing with accurate data
- Maintain organized records of takeoffs and revisions

Qualifications:




- Proven experience in estimating or related field
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, or similar software
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-time, W-2 employee position
- Pay range: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour USD, based on experience (Employer pays fees)
- Benefits: health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan
