Customer Service Representative (PEO Experience)

Location: Medellín, Colombia
Work Model: On-site during the probation period; hybrid afterward (2 days WFH, 3 days in office each week).

About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with Professional Employer Organization (PEO) experience. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for client accounts, resolving inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to the growth of our PEO-experienced Customer Success Management (CSM) team.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for client inquiries related to payroll, benefits, HR compliance, and workers’ compensation within a PEO model.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
- Support client onboarding: data collection, account setup, process walk-throughs, and user training.
- Track SLAs and KPIs; proactively follow up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.




- Identify process improvements and share PEO best practices with the CSM team.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a PEO environment (required).
- Solid understanding of PEO operations: payroll cycles, benefits administration, HRIS/HR compliance, and WC claims basics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (client-facing).
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and CRM tools.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities.
- Availability to work a standard office schedule aligned with team/client needs.

Nice to Have
- Experience supporting U.S.based clients.
- Intermediate/advanced English.
- Prior exposure to MasterTax/Prism HR or similar systems.

Work Model & Location
- Medellín, Colombia.:
- On-site during the probation period. After successful completion, the role becomes hybrid: 2 days from home + 3 days in the office each week.
