- What You'll Be Doing
- Making outbound B2B cold calls to businesses in the U.S.
- Identifying and qualifying leads, then scheduling meetings for our U.S. Account Executives
- Building real connections with decision-makers (and handling objections like a pro)
- Logging call notes and activities in a CRM (don’t worry—we’ll train you)
- Collaborating with a supportive, remote team that actually has your back
- You're a Great Fit If You Have:




- 2+ years of outbound sales or B2B cold calling experience
- Fluent English (spoken and written—doesn’t need to be native)
- A winning attitude, strong communication skills, and love for challenges
- Confidence with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- A self-starter mindset—you know how to manage your time and hit your numbers
- Bonus Points If You Also Have:
- Experience working with U.S. clients or markets:
- Background in manufacturing, construction, or infrastructure industries
- Familiarity with remote work tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
