Product Manager, AI-Accelerated Delivery

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead feature development from initial business need through release. You will own the end-to-end product process, turning opportunities into clear, actionable work for design and engineering while keeping teams aligned on business value, scope, and delivery. This role is idóneo for someone comfortable working across business, product, design, engineering, and QA, who can bring structure to fast-moving work without adding bureaucracy. We’re specifically looking for someone who is confident using modern AI tools to accelerate product definition, requirements, and planning — and who connects product work to measurable outcomes through analytics and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

- Own product definition from discovery through development, release, and adoption
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories
- Drive prioritization decisions based on value, impact, and delivery risk
- Maintain a healthy, well‑prioritized backlog, typically 2–3 sprints ahead
- Partner closely with design, engineering, QA, data, and business stakeholders from concept to delivery
- Lead product requirement sessions and challenge assumptions when needed
- Use AI‑assisted tools to accelerate requirements definition, backlog refinement, planning, and exploratory thinking
- Track features from initial definition through release readiness and post‑launch performance
- Review changes before launch to help ensure production readiness
- Manage delivery risks in partnership with engineering and project leadership




- Identify opportunities that drive revenue, improve experience, or unlock business value
- Support demos, stakeholder walkthroughs, client reviews, and go‑live coordination
- Use analytics tools (e.g., FullStory) to evaluate feature performance and inform future decisions

Qualifications

- Experience as a Product Manager owning features from discovery through release
- Strong ability to write clear, actionable product requirements, epics, and user stories ready for sprint planning
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments with cross‑functional teams
- Confidence partnering closely with developers, designers, QA, data, and business stakeholders
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively and keep teams focused on the highest‑impact work
- Strong communication skills and comfort leading working sessions with multiple stakeholders
- Sound judgment around scope, tradeoffs, delivery risk, and release readiness
- Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Experience using AI‑assisted workflows and tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
- Experience using product analytics tools (e.g., FullStory) to evaluate outcomes and guide next steps
- Experience supporting demos, stakeholder reviews, and production launches




- Comfort working in digital product environments where speed, ambiguity, and collaboration are the norm
