ROLE SUMMARY

As part of our teaching team, we are looking for an outstanding and dynamic teacher assistant to be in post ready for 1ST August 2025.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the class teacher in planning and delivering daily lessons and activities
- Prepare classroom materials and help set up learning spaces
- Supervise students during class time, break and duties
- Provide individual and small‑group support as directed
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and positive classroom environment
- Maintain order and discipline within the classroom, following the school's policies and procedures
- Assist in reinforcing classroom rules and managing student behaviour
- Observe student engagement and share feedback with the teacher
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and school events as required
- Assist with the planning of the curriculum by providing safe, creative and appropriate educational opportunities for all children within an inclusive environment, preparing activities, organising programmes and arranging equipment
