Are you curious about being part of our growth story while evolving your skills in a culture that will welcome your unique contributions? We are seeking a dynamic HR AI Specialist to join our HR team for a fully Home Office role based in Colombia or Mexico!

The Opportunity

This is a pioneering role—the very first of its kind within Iron Mountain's HR function. You won't just be executing tasks; you will be building a global framework from scratch. Because we are investing heavily in AI, successful professionals in this role will have limitless "sky's the limit" career mobility, with future pathways open in HR Leadership, Enterprise IT, or our AI Centers of Excellence.

What You'll Do:

- Optimize HR Workflows: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify priority processes.
- Develop End-to-End AI Solutions: Design, build, and monitor Machine Learning models and automated agents to streamline multi-step HR processes. (With a strong focus on practical, low-code AI solutions and native AI capabilities).
- Govern AI Safety and Compliance:



Ensure the responsible deployment of all systems by performing rigorous model validation, maintaining strict data governance, and mitigating risk or bias in automated decisions.
- Connection with IT: Liaise with IT to drive broader HR solutions within our current tech stack.

What You'll Bring:

- 5+ years of HR function experience - either in a HR COE (Talent, Learning, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition), HR Operations, or as a HR Business Partner (or as a consultant in the HR space).
- 2+ years of applied experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning engineering or advanced analytics.
- Advanced technical expertise in Workday and ServiceNow with proven experience scaling "agentic" workflows.
- Proven ability in strategic problem-solving and rapid prototyping, with the communication skills necessary to explain complex model outputs to non-technical business leaders.
