How you'll make an impact
- Support the implementation of internal communications plans at the regional and general level.
- Manage and keep internal communication channels up to date (intranet, digital screens, collaboration platforms).
- Coordinate logistics and content for internal events such as town halls and leadership meetings.
- Ensure all messages are consistent with corporate guidelines and brand standards.
- Track engagement metrics and support reporting on internal communications performance.
- Collaborate with HR and Business Units to effectively cascade key messages.
- Support change communication initiatives when needed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in corporate or internal communications.
- Strong writing and editing skills in English.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset and proactive, service-oriented attitude.
