Outbound Lead Manager
As an Outbound Lead Manager, you will oversee and optimize our outbound lead generation strategy. You will lead a team of specialists, implement best practices, and work closely with the sales and marketing departments to ensure a steady flow of high‑quality leads.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound lead generation, with a track record of success in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM, sales automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Results‑driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
