Our core platforms include Intercom, Sumsub, and HubSpot, and we build integrations and extensions using ReactJS + NodeJS.
Role Summary
This remote/hybrid role combines requirement gathering, solution design, and hands‑on delivery. You will work directly with clients to understand business needs, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and implement or support delivery through system configuration, API integrations, and lightweight development.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Requirement & Business Analysis
- Participate in client calls or workshops to collect, clarify, and confirm requirements
- Map processes, write user cases, and simple process diagrams
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Agile Delivery & Project Execution
- Act as PM/Lead in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban)
- Manage developers and apply Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods as needed
- Ensure timely and high‑quality project delivery
- Knowledge Integration & Development (ReactJS / NodeJS)
- Implement solution integrations: REST APIs, Webhooks, authentication (API Key, OAuth basics)
- Build lightweight integrations: NodeJS (API service, webhook receiver, middleware), ReactJS (UI, admin tools, embedded pages)
- Use automation/integration tools when suitable: Zapier, n8n, Dify
- Work with modern development tools: Cursor
- Leverage Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Gemini Nano Banana) for solutions, proposals, and presentations
Essential Requirements
- 1+ year CRM‑related software Business Analysis experience
- CRM system implementation, configuration, requirement analysis, or system optimization experience
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle, ticketing/support flows, sales pipeline, user operations, or service workflows
- Ability to translate business needs into system requirements, user stories, or functional specifications
- CRM Project Experience: Involvement in at least one CRM implementation or optimization project
- Comfortable communicating with clients: ask the right questions, summarize clearly, confirm scope
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (written & spoken)
- Basic understanding of Agile delivery and SDLC
- Practical knowledge of APIs & integrations (REST, Webhooks)
- Hands‑on coding experience: JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS
