On behalf of a World famous ICT Company- Huawei Technologies, we are looking for strategic and technically adept Product Manager to drive the growth of our computing, storage, and cloud product portfolios in the dynamic Latin American markets. This role is pivotal for analyzing market trends, designing cutting-edge solutions, engaging with key clients, and strengthening Huawei’s brand leadership in Colombia and Ecuador. The idóneo candidate will be a results-oriented leader who can translate complex technology into commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis & Market Growth

- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing industry trends and competitive landscapes in computing, storage, and cloud services.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business avenues and design tailored solutions to capture emerging opportunities.
- Oversee market share expansion initiatives, ensuring alignment with departmental sales targets.

Technical Expertise & Solution Design

- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of storage architectures (SAN, NAS, HCI) and network solutions.
- Leverage experience with private, public, and multi-cloud environments to design commercially viable technical solutions.
- Lead storage resource consolidation and cloud migration projects, particularly for telecommunications clients.




- Drive solution sales by conducting customer visits, delivering technical presentations, and building client relationships.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles for storage and network solutions, ensuring achievement of revenue goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical offerings with market demands.

Brand Development & Ecosystem Building

- Organize IT brand communication events in Colombia and Ecuador to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Foster partnerships with key stakeholders to build a robust IT ecosystem supporting long-term business growth.
- Represent the company at industry forums to promote thought leadership and strategic alliances.

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven track record in strategic analysis, technical sales, or business development within IT infrastructure (computing/storage/cloud).
- Expertise in SAN, NAS, HCI, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
- Experience leading cloud migration or infrastructure modernization projects, preferably in telecommunications.
- Strong understanding of Latin American markets, particularly Colombia and Ecuador.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a plus.
