About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Analyst to join our client’s team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process and delivering a high-quality customer experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple processes, and excellent communication in English and Portuguese.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and validate customer master data and ensure accuracy in systems (SAP).
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and inventory management.
- Monitor and support order-to-delivery operations, including invoicing and logistics follow-up.
- Handle customer requests, issues, and returns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support sales teams with documentation, reporting, and process follow-up.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation across systems and reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or similar roles.
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis and reporting).
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (B2–C1).
- Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
