REINSURANCE SPECIALIST BROKER - Req 2538609

BOGOTÁ, COLOMBIA

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

- Make market reservation.
- Prepare all technical information for underwriters, including reinsurance contract documentation for small, medium and large accounts.
- Negotiation of terms and conditions with reinsurers.
- Achieve the renewal of the current portfolio.
- Manage new business opportunities.
- Preparation of spreadsheets to determine income.
- Preparation of placement slip and Coverage Notes.
- Management of all existing portfolio movements including portfolio requirements and operations.
- Compliance with the plan and financial goals in charge of the line and other established indicators.
- Technical and personal development of the broking teams.

Qualifications

- Experience:



8 years in insurance or reinsurance broker or in an Insurance Company in underwriting or claims area.
- Technical Knowledge: In Insurance, Reinsurance and in general insurance lines.
- Studies and specialties: Professional graduate in administrative, accounting, engineering or law areas.
- Languages: advanced level English.
- Technological Tools: Use of Excel, Word and Power Point and general Office.
