At Lean Solutions Group, we support U.S. companies with high-performing teams across LATAM. We’re looking for a Sales Trainer to support one of our client’s business lines, leading training sessions for new hires and tenured sales staff.

Advanced English required (applications without advanced English will not be considered).

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer
- At least 1 year as a Sales Trainer (sales campaign)
- Experience training teams on sales processes, objection handling, communication, and performance improvement
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments as a trainer

What you’ll do

- Deliver training for new hires and permanent sales staff
- Coach teams through practical, performance-driven sessions
- Identify skill gaps and improve training content
- Track training effectiveness and learner performanceWork closely with operations to ensure results
