Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Representative to join our Payments LOB, specializing in both back-office tasks and customer calls. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

- Back Office (30%): Process online payments accurately and efficiently.
- Calls (70%): Communicate with banks and creditors in the US to facilitate and confirm payment processing.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year in a BPO environment (experience in both calls and back office preferred).
- English proficiency (B2 level in Grammar and Speaking).
- Strong analytical thinking skills.




- Excellent multitasking ability.
- Effective time management to meet strict deadlines.

Benefits

Work 45 hours each week, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM. Get weekends off – Saturday and Sunday. Earn a basic salary of 2,800,000 COP plus a 500,000 COP bonus for performance and attendance. Receive a referral bonus of 1,200,000 COP. Get paid training. Direct employment with our company.
