Our Bogota office is seeking a Structural Engineer to support our buildings and infrastructure projects. The hired candidate will join a multidisciplinary team of Engineers.

The Opportunity

- Join a collaborative design team contributing to the engineering design and optimization of complex structural systems in alignment with building codes and standards.
- Prepare and review drawings, models, and calculations that define and refine structural solutions.
- Develop clear, well‑structured technical reports and documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with engineers and professionals across multiple disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Support project and team administration tasks to maintain smooth project execution.
- Participate in client meetings to understand project goals, present design concepts, and address technical challenges.
- Work on defined project tasks under the guidance and mentorship of a Senior Engineer.

Is this role right for you?

- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with a sound knowledge of structural engineering fundamentals.
- 4+ years of experience in structural design and review of buildings and infrastructure.

Preferred

- Professional Engineering License.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Experience working within a BIM environment using Revit and knowledge of parametric design.




- Experience with coding, particularly Python, JavaScript, MATLAB, etc., and an aptitude to learn and develop this skill.
- Intermediate-level use of structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, RAM Concept, IDEA StatiCa, etc.

Hiring Range – The good faith base salary hiring range for this job,



if performed in Bogota, is 4.5 – 5.5M COP per month, commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside Bogota will differ.
