This is an On-Site Position! As an Entry-Level Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving growth for Puulse Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales with a company that offers excellent training, supportive colleagues, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads and move them into the sales funnel by cold calling potential clients using a power dialer.
- Understand the potential client's needs, qualify their interest, and transfer them to Inside Sales Representatives for closing.
- Keep detailed records of calls, interactions, and useful information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize call scripts and strategies.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and workshops to improve your skills and stay updated with the latest industry trends.
- Attend weekly team meetings to discuss sales strategies, updates, and targets.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is an advantage but not required.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work 40-50 hours per week.
