Treasury Core Model (TCM) Support Expert
Location: CO / Bogota / Ed. City Business
As Treasury Application Support Expert – Level 3 within the TCM Solution Delivery & Application Support team, your role is to maintain and enhance the S/4HANA Treasury Core Model solution, ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement across multiple time zones and geographical locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform in‑depth root‑cause analysis and develop permanent fixes, managing SAP messages and transport orders as needed.
- Serve as the first interface for change requests from Treasury Key Users, analyzing requests and flagging deviations from approved Treasury Core Model specifications.
- Support functional analysis of evolutions, updating specifications and performing tests, working with ABAP teams on forms, layouts, and reports.
