At Hanwha Vision, a integral leader in intelligent video surveillance and security solutions, we are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to support the growth and development of the NOLA territory.
This role plays a key part in driving pipeline generation, supporting Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), and accelerating revenue growth through partner management and direct commercial execution.
The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, disciplined in CRM management, and capable of building strong business relationships that create measurable sales impact. This position reports directly to the Regional Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Support the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) by creating, managing, and following up on opportunities in Salesforce.
- Drive pipeline growth through proactive outbound prospecting activities, including cold and warm calls targeting STEP Authorized Partners.
- Manage and develop STEP Authorized Partners, serving as their primary commercial point of contact.
- Execute and close “non-involved” sales opportunities with an annual target of approximately $500K.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and support the sales process for assigned accounts.
- Maintain accurate visibility and forecasting of sales activities on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to accelerate sales cycles and improve customer experience.
- Promote Hanwha Vision’s portfolio of video surveillance and security solutions across assigned accounts.
- Provide commercial support and basic product guidance to customers while coordinating internal resources when needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, channel sales, or B2B sales environments.
- Knowledge of electronic security solutions (CCTV, video surveillance, etc.).
- Experience working with channel partners or distribution networks.
- CRM management experience, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
