Ideal Candidate
The adecuado candidate is a confident English-speaking sales professional who can build rapport quickly, handle objections with resilience, and guide conversations with clarity, discipline, and strong follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to overcome objections and handle adversity

- Self-starter mentality
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, overcome objections, and transfer qualified prospects to insurance agents
- Handle inbound calls, identify the reason for the call, and transfer individuals to the correct queue
- Build rapport with clients over the phone
- Run the sales process effectively with organized notes and follow-up tasks
- Collect customer information accurately and diligently
- Clearly articulate the value proposition to consumers
- Achieve sales targets for calls, transfers, conversion, and quality
