Graphic Designer & Social Media Community Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Graphic Designer & Social Media Community Manager to join our team. This role combines graphic design, content creation, and online community engagement to help strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.

The adecuado candidate is highly creative, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining strong communication with customers and followers online.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Create engaging graphics and visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, advertisements, and internal materials.
- Design promotional materials such as banners, flyers, presentations, brochures, and digital ads.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
- Edit photos, videos, and other multimedia content when needed.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to develop creative concepts and campaigns.

Social Media Management

- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Schedule and publish posts consistently across platforms.
- Create captions, hashtags, and content strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new ideas to improve online presence.




- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement and growth.

Community Management

- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Engage with followers and build positive relationships with the online community.
- Monitor reviews and customer feedback on social platforms.
- Escalate customer concerns or sensitive issues to management when necessary.
- Help maintain a positive and professional brand image online.

Qualifications

- Experience in graphic design and social media management.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
- Basic video editing skills are a plus.
- Experience with content scheduling tools is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies.
- Experience creating short-form video content for social media.
- Familiarity with analytics and engagement tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
