We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Analyst with 2+ years of experience supporting billing and financial operations, who thrives in cross-functional environments and drives impact through accuracy, structure, and data-driven execution.

About The Role

As a Billing Analyst at Empresa confidencial, you will play a key role in supporting the Billing & Vendor Management function for a leading core and digital banking company. This is a temporary position for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

In this role, you will focus on billing accuracy, data analysis, and operational support,



ensuring customer invoicing and vendor-related information is correct, timely, and compliant. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Procurement teams to support billing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and validate customer billing and invoicing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the billing cycle by identifying inconsistencies, discrepancies, or risks before invoicing.
- Assist in vendor onboarding and vendor data management, ensuring documentation and billing details are correct.
- Maintain and analyze billing records, contracts, pricing data, and vendor information.
- Prepare reports and dashboards related to billing performance, revenue tracking, and operational metrics.
- Serve as a point of contact for billing-related inquiries, coordinating with internal teams.
