Now hiring: Clerk in Accounting, Customer Service, Route Planning, Operations, Regional & Nationwide Sales. Must work on site in Medellín, Colombia.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify prospects through internet searches and databases, generate leads.
- Set appointments for businesses interested in RPGL services.
- Influence and persuade customers to buy logistics services by identifying their specific problem areas.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of contacts, names, addresses and follow‑ups using Salesforce CRM.
- Perform heavy phone work, making 150+ calls per day.
- Gain instant rapport with people over the phone.
- Adapt and respond to different types of situations and personalities.
- Self‑motivate, handle rejection, maintain a positive attitude.

Qualifications

- 1 year of customer service experience (logistics industry preferred).




- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics related field.
- English language skills B2+ or higher preferred.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (minimum 1 year).

Minimum Requirements

- No experience required, just motivation to learn.
- Higher education in business administration or logistics preferred.
- English proficiency B2+ or higher.

Compensation and Schedule

Full‑time and part‑time positions available.

- Salary: COP 2,900,000 + depend on position.
- Part‑time: USD 700–1,500 per month.
- Monthly pay range: USD 3,000 – 5,000,000 (depending on position).
