Ecolab is seeking an Enterprise Excellence Leader based in Buenos Aires (Argentina), Bogotá (Colombia) or Perú (Lima).

About The Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to drive Enterprise Excellence across Latin America South, Central & Caribbean (LASC). In this role, you will lead business transformation initiatives, accelerate growth, and improve operational efficiency through Lean methodologies and cross‑functional collaboration. This is a high-impact role working closely with senior leadership to shape the future of the region.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the Enterprise Excellence strategy across LASC
- Drive Lean / Operational Excellence transformation
- Manage high-impact regional programs and projects
- Accelerate growth and improve productivity
- Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities
- Implement governance, KPIs and performance tracking
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement

Projects This Role Would Lead

- Lean transformation and productivity initiatives
- Enterprise Excellence governance and KPI deployment
- Cross-functional process improvement programs
- Capability building and best-practice standardization
- Digital enablement, dashboards, and automation projects

What We’re Looking For

- +4 years in transformation, consulting, or operational excellence
- Strong Lean / Continuous Improvement background
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred
- Experience with DMAIC, Kaizen, VSM, RCA, and 5S
- Experience with governance,



KPIs, and performance tracking
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Power BI, automation, or digital tools experience is a plus
- Advanced English and strong communication skills
- Change management and capability building experience
