What you will do
- Help our Software Engineers find new projects within AgileEngine.
- Connect outstanding requests with matching opportunities and support them through the whole process (e.g., help our Engineers find a part-time Project or a Mentor within the company).
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals.
- Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company’s guidelines.
- Keep track of available talent and job opportunities.
Must haves
- You worked or passed courses in IT Recruitment or HR.
- 1+ years of prior experience in an IT company.
- Highly developed listening and communication skills.
- You are an energetic, proactive, and very well-organized person.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English and above.
- Great attention to detail.
Nice to haves
- You are comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment.
- You have strong GTD skills.
