Own organic visibility across classic search (Google/Bing) and AI-powered discovery. You’ll improve rankings, traffic quality, and conversion impact, while ensuring our clients’ content is structured in a way that AI systems can confidently surface and cite.

Responsibilities

- Core SEO
- Ownership and execution of backlink strategies
- Build and execute SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page) aligned with business goals.
- Run audits and turn findings into clear, prioritized roadmaps (impact vs. effort).
- Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO best practices (indexation, performance, internal linking, structured data).
- Work with copywriters/strategists to improve content quality, intent match, and information architecture.
- Track performance and communicate insights using clear reporting and recommendations.

- AI Search Optimization (GEO / LLMO)

- Optimize content for AI features in Search (e.g., inclusion in AI summaries where relevant).
- Improve content answerability: strong structure, concise explanations, entity clarity,



and fact-friendly formatting.
- Implement and validate structured data to strengthen machine readability and eligibility for enhanced results.
- Maintain AI-accessibility basics (crawlability, indexation hygiene) and, where relevant, implement /llms.txt as an additional layer.
- Collaborate with marketing/PR to strengthen off-site authority signals (mentions, citations, reputable references).

- Tooling Expectations

- GSC, Bing Webmaster Tools, Screaming Frog, Ahref/Semrush

What you already bring to the table

- A minimum of 3 years (work) experience in the field of Search Engine Optimization.
- Proven experience with building or managing backlink profiles
- Strong English (written and spoken).
- You can translate data into action (not just dashboards).
- You can work cross-team (dev, content, marketing) and communicate clearly.
- The ability to understand content marketing at a deep level while also keeping the target audience,
