Overview

The Invoice Reconciliation Analyst position in Business Finance Operations.

Actively participates in tasks related to the successful reconciliation of advertising campaigns for clients/agencies that range on different levels of complexity and amounts, always looking for efficiency, precision, and the minimum level of error possible.

Responsibilities

- Handles Low Profile accounts
- Will be assisting on all Onshore (Investment and/or Vendor) Communication
- Prepare and distribute missing and matched invoice reports
- Secure missing invoices
- Prepare, distribute,



and manage RNO Reports using IPS Workflow
- Prepare RFI templates
- Cost auditing buys based on completed RFI’s
- Work with vendors to revise invoices
- Send any RNO invoices to the Activation team when requested
- Update and request missing invoices from Google Statement
- Request revised invoices to corresponding contacts in each Radio station and/or Cable representative
- Clear discrepancies within Network, Estimate and Status

Qualifications

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s Degree in: Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any relevant field.
- English Level B2 or above
- Microsoft Office: Excel
- Communication

- Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
