Position Summary
The Junior Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting project planning, execution, and monitoring. This position ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals by coordinating tasks, facilitating communication, and tracking progress across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement order (backlog)-management improvements to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
- Maintain accurate backlog and ship report overviews.
- Manage delivery and financial reports and status of HW install orders.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, and risks, escalating issues when needed.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and management.
- Prepare regular status updates and reports for leadership.
- Support budget tracking and resource allocation.
- Organize and lead project meetings and follow up on action items.
- Ensure adherence to project‑management processes and company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Experience working in cross‑functional teams is a plus.

- Quality of project reporting and communication.
Working Conditions
- Hybrid environment: 3 days at office, 2 from home.
- May require occasional extended hours to meet deadlines.
