We are seeking a Customer Development Executive to support the Customer Development Manager/Team Leader in developing and leading key accounts.

What you will do

- Leading the development of Indirect Trade channel strategy within the region of Oriente to exploit incremental sales growth opportunities behind our customers.
- Negotiating commercial activations & guaranteeing flawless 5P’s execution and fundamentals in the region for Regional Chains (2 accounts) to achieve organic and volume growth, SOM, margin & ASP objectives, while maintaining trade spend management mandates.
- Influencing customers to grow sales, improve service and identify customer service and logistics efficiencies using new techniques, tools and information systems (e.g., category management, EDI).
- Collecting pre‑ and post‑analyses of customer and channel promotions, developing a performance history library and recommending adjustments to business plans to improve return on investment in all trade spending.
- Monitoring competitive activity at store level, informing the commercial team,



identifying opportunities and transferring them for strategy development that responds to market changes.
- Complying with all policies and standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency in English.
- At least 1 year of experience in the commercial area.
- Strong Google Suite skills (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
- Valid driving license and ability to travel.
