Senior Consultant - Land Suite

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Model of Work: Hybrid

Quorum Software is a rapidly growing technology and professional services solutions company that is a leader in energy transformation. We are looking for a Senior Consultant to help drive the energy transition.

Responsibilities:

- Work with clients daily to obtain business and technical specifications; strong problem‑solving skills and business acumen are essential.
- Manage the project environment, including software updates, security, and training of IT personnel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years experience in a services delivery role with an understanding of functional components of software implementation projects.
- Experience in configuration, enhancement, and testing phases of software development and implementation.
- Experience in Cloud/SaaS project delivery model.
- Business analyst experience.




- Programming skills (SQL, C++/C#, Java, VB, or other computer programming languages) and familiarity with systems architecture.
- Demonstrated leadership skills such as managing project schedules and fostering team collaboration.
- Great communication and soft skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% during the week.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

- Related work experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in the Oil and Gas land management industry segment.
