Lead and optimize the national Sea Logistics strategy, ensuring excellence in customer service and sustainable business growth. As the National Sea Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the national P&L;, coordinating teams across all branches, and enhancing the customer experience throughout the supply chain. Additionally, you will drive strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and support field sales teams in achieving the highest service standards.

How you create impact:
- Empower and optimize the performance of local Customer Care teams, ensuring exceptional service and sustainable growth.




- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through close collaboration with key operational and commercial stakeholders, along with the Sea Logistics leadership.
- Prepare, document, and track quotations for existing businesses, ensuring alignment with the pricing strategy.
- Ensure the integrity of customer contact information, service details, and system updates, including reports for SME customers.
- Guarantee that the team conducts client visits at least twice per week and records all interactions in the system.

What we would like you to bring:
- Extensive knowledge in supply chain management, with a specialized focus on Sea Logistics
- Proven track record of leading initiatives successfully from planning to execution.
- Strong expertise in P&L; management, with a strategic approach and a results-driven mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
