The general objective is to optimize the department's production costs by identifying operational efficiencies, supporting the commercial and development teams in designing services aligned with customer requests and ensuring the right people are in the right roles, and managing, aligning, and evaluating ground transportation providers effectively.
How you create impact:
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the proper execution of departmental operations, maintaining service agreements with transportation providers and contributing to continuous service level improvement, particularly in delivery times.
The role involves providing support to personnel handling various products to enhance service quality while overseeing and controlling operational costs.
The role requires overseeing compliance with transportation licenses and legal regulations while supporting the development of national and international land freight services. Ensuring the proper execution of services within the department is a key aspect.
What we would like you to bring:
Requirements:
- Professional, Technologist, or Technician in Business Administration, International Trade, or International Relations (preferred).
- More than 3 years of experience in managing land transportation operations within Freight Forwarding.
- Advanced English proficiency.
