Job Summary:
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile Multimedia & Marketing Content Specialist to join our growing team. This role is adecuado for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, visual content, and strategic marketing. You'll be responsible for producing polished, on-brand multimedia content across video, audio, and visual formats, while also supporting broader marketing initiatives like webinars, social campaigns, and resource development.

This role will work closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager and collaborate across departments to bring ideas to life — whether it's a case study video,



a podcast episode, or marketing content for an upcoming campaign.

Key Responsibilities:
Video & Audio Production
- Record, edit, and produce high-quality videos for social media, website, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
- Own the full process for podcast and thought leadership content, including recording (via Riverside), editing, and asset packaging for promotion.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, and visual polish as needed.

Marketing Support
- Support webinars by preparing speaker visuals, intros/outros, and event follow-up content.
- Help repurpose long-form content (e.g., webinars or podcast episodes) into shorter assets like reels, audiograms, and social cutdowns.

Creative Asset Development
- Maintain consistent use of brand guidelines across all multimedia and marketing materials.
