ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM
We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager for the Mexican market. The idóneo person has to bring experience in B2B selling, as well as have good listening skills, an understanding of customer needs, and strong team leadership skills.
We would like to have a person who is passionate about sales and who can offer our clients a quality digital service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, inspire and manage the performance of the Inside Sales New Business team responsible for acquiring new vendor partners across Mexico
- Develop and implement scalable outbound sales strategies that drive consistent pipeline growth and revenue results.
- Monitor daily sales activity, pipeline performance, and KPIs; provide clear reporting and insights to senior leadership.
- Coach and support your team throughout the sales funnel—from prospecting to negotiation and deal closing.
- Own hiring, onboarding, and continuous learning initiatives to foster a high-performance, engaged team culture.
- Partner with Rev Ops to ensure data accuracy, effective use of CRM tools, and continuous process improvements.

- Based in Bogotá, Colombia
- 2+ years of B2B sales team management experience
