Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Webinar Specialist to oversee the planning, execution, and support of live and on-demand webinars. This role requires expertise in project management, webinar platforms, content creation, and audience engagement to ensure seamless event delivery aligned with marketing and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage webinar platforms, conduct tech checks, and oversee registration processes.
- Host webinars, facilitate Q&A; sessions, and monitor audience interactions.
- Track performance metrics and generate post-webinar reports to analyze engagement and impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience managing webinars, virtual events, or related projects.
- Proficiency in webinar platforms such as Hubilo, WebEx, or GoTo.




- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and CMS platforms such as Kontent.ai.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
