Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and revise legal documents including AI-related policies, licensing agreements, compliance protocols, terms of service, data processing agreements (DPAs), and risk disclosures.
- Analyze regulatory developments in AI (e.g., EU AI Act, U.S. Executive Orders, NIST AI Risk Management Framework) and translate them into practical legal language.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and technical teams to ensure legal materials are aligned with both regulatory requirements and technological capabilities.
- Conduct legal research in areas like data privacy, algorithmic transparency,



liability in AI systems, and IP rights for generative models.
- Assist in the creation of internal guidelines and legal standards for responsible AI use.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a legal assistant or similar role.
- Familiarity with U.S. legal terminology and procedures is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in legal research and case management software.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Paralegal certification is a bonus but not mandatory.
