About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and consultative Digital Health Solutions Consultant to drive the adoption of innovative technologies across healthcare institutions in LATAM. This role is adecuado for someone passionate about transforming patient care and operational efficiency through digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead consultative sales efforts by identifying client needs and aligning tailored digital health value propositions.
- Engage with C-level executives and clinical stakeholders to co-create digital transformation roadmaps.




- Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and lead commercial negotiations with a focus on business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, implementation, regional) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate innovation workshops to showcase emerging technologies and inspire client adoption.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Report on commercial performance and client engagement using dashboards and regular feedback loops with the LATAM cluster.
- Manage a robust pipeline of public and private healthcare institutions using Salesforce to track leads and opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales or solution consulting, preferably in healthtech, medtech, or enterprise tech (SaaS, digital health, EMR).
- Proven track record managing complex sales cy
