About the Role

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll support the agency’s operational success by overseeing core financial activities, improving reporting processes, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of fiscal operations. This role will report to and collaborate with our internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth financial workflows.

You're confident handling a wide range of financial tasks and possess a strong sense of ownership. You enjoy working independently in a remote team environment and have excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Submit all new JotForms for new clients and make updates for departing clients or invoice changes.
- Manage the invoicing channel (collaborating with internal teams for oversight).
- Review accounts receivable (AR) for any concerning accounts and communicate findings.
- Code all expenses in Tallie to the appropriate accounts; investigate irregular transactions or new vendors.
- Track advertising spend for ADC and flag anomalies or overspending.
- Monitor work-in-process and assist with tracking for project-related budgets.
- Maintain and file state-level forms and handle taxes, payments, requests, and refunds through Secretary of State and Labor Department sites.
- Collect and maintain contractor agreements and W9s.
