Purchasing Assitant
- Enter Purchase Orders into “Fishbowl” the inventory software management system
- Fishbowl integrates with QuickBooks Online - to match vs invoices received from suppliers
- Responsible for purchasing raw materials for tequila wholesale company, including bottles, labels, packing materials, etc. (the distiller makes the tequila - I&A; Agave just gets it bottled and shipped to USA)
- Logistics (i.e. getting products shipped from Mexico distiller to the U.S.) and work with customs, freight, etc.
- Manage shipping schedules
- Maintain purchase records
- Inventory Management
- Use data to determine purchasing needs and perform inventory management (4 warehouses in the U.S.)
- Produce inventory reports as needed, including “waste” reporting for any items not used and discarded
- Work to maintain appropriate levels of inventory
- Maintain relationships with vendor/supplier in Mexico (bi-lingual preferred) regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules

Skills:
- Excellent Excel skills
- Critical thinking
- Good with numbers and financial analysis
