Responsabilidades:
Project Planning:
Develop and implement project construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Site Management: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Team Management: Lead and manage construction teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
- Quality Control:



Ensure projects meet quality standards and address any defects or issues promptly.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and develop contingency plans.
- Budget Management: Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring costs are within budget.
- Schedule Management: Ensure projects are completed on schedule and manage delays or changes.

Requirements:
- Development Coordination: Coordinate all development activities for projects under development in Colombia, including:
- Permitting and licensing
- Evaluate and secure connection
- Land acquisition and management
- Community engagement and stakeholder relations
- Compliance with local regulations and laws

Requisitos:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in solar project construction
