What You’ll Do
- Client–Carrier Relay: Receive information requests from underwriters, translate them into clear language for the client, collect what’s needed, and relay it back properly formatted. Follow up if a client hasn’t responded in 24 hours, and if the underwriter hasn’t responded in 48 hours.
- Intake Support: Complete applications for clients who need additional coverage or whose submissions require rework. Accuracy and speed go hand in hand.
- Documentation & CRM Management: Log all activities in the CRM after every action.
- Customer Support: Monitor the inbox, respond with status updates, handle calls when needed, and flag urgency to the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal English at B2+ level or higher; writing professional emails daily.
- Organized and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Comfortable working in CRMs and picking up new tools quickly.
- A real sense of urgency; act quickly on time‑sensitive items.
- Proactive communicator; flag issues when something is stuck.
- Experience in insurance, customer service, or operations is a plus, but not required. Training provided.
What We Offer
- Salary: 2,300,000 COP + 249,095 COP legally mandated transportation allowance + overtime and additional payments.
- Free lunch every day.
- Office located in El Poblado, Medellín.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 7:30 pm with 1 hour lunch break and 2 × 15‑minute breaks.
- Structured onboarding with full training from day one.
