How you create impact
The Credit Control Tower Specialist is part of a team responsible for managing credit limit excesses and conducting daily credit control checks. You also assist with improving key performance indicators (KPIs) of the credit control function.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing credit limit excesses
- Conducting daily credit control shipment checks
- Assisting and working with the Risk Management team
- Assisting with Risk Management processes and decisions
- Running and completing analysis for the credit limit and credit control report
- Analyzing delayed invoices and working with Business Units for follow ups
- Completing internal control system checks as per finance guideline
- Coordinating communication with Credit Insurance for coverage
- Liaising with collection team and escalating credit limit or overdue situations
- Ensuring credit goals are achieved and accurate business records and sound bookkeeping procedures are maintained
