Role Overview
As a Team Lead you will provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members. You will implement escalation channels, lead the team through transitions, establish goals, and influence strategy through effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to direct reports.
- Implement escalation channels according to agreed procedures.
- Lead a high‑performing team during transitions, building problem‑solving, critical thinking, analytical, and technical capabilities.
- Establish goals and work with direct reports on strategies for execution, measurement, and sharing results.
- Identify actionable insights and suggest recommendations to influence team strategy.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with a minimum B2 proficiency in English.
- Minimum two years of people‑management experience in a BPO or call‑center environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in providing constructive criticism and implementing corrective action plans.
- Understanding of customer confidentiality standards and a passion for teammate development.
Job Expectations
The position may be performed from home or on‑site at our office located at Calle35 Norte No.6A Bis - 100 (Carvajal entrada transporte).
