- Handle outbound calls for US automotive dealership campaigns.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Engage customers professionally and confidently.
- Maintain CRM updates and accurate call records.
- Follow campaign scripts and sales processes.
- Deliver excellent customer service and sales support.

Requirements

- Fluent English with a strong and professional American-style accent
- Proven outbound call center experience with US customers
- Experience in B2C sales, lead generation, or automotive campaigns preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
