Position: Team Leader Surveillance Operator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and verify incidents reported by the studio, ensuring quick resolution.
- Prepare reports for possible disciplinary actions or staff performance reviews.
- Operate security systems to maintain effective surveillance.
- Test and evaluate online gaming surveillance software regularly to identify any issues.
- Work closely with the QA team and developers to ensure everything functions properly.
- Create and update detailed reports and logs, documenting all activities, incidents, and testing outcomes for transparency and accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor both physical premises and online platforms for any suspicious activities. Report any violations to management immediately. Ensure video monitoring systems and security devices are working smoothly.
- Regularly assess the performance of online systems and suggest improvements or updates based on findings to ensure optimal system functionality.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Minimum of 2 years as a Team Leader or Surveillance Operator in the iGaming sector,
or with live gaming products.
- Skilled in using and maintaining surveillance software, video monitoring systems, and security devices.
- Strong analytical skills to thoroughly review roulette wheels and online gaming activities, identifying any irregularities or suspicious behavior.
- Ability to generate precise reports and maintain detailed logs.
- Willingness to work adaptable hours, including 8-hour shifts and weekends, to accommodate business needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 for creating reports, managing communications, and handling documentation.
- Proven experience in the technical analysis and calibration of roulette wheels to maintain accurate gameplay, would be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with advanced surveillance systems and software to enhance overall system performance.
