We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Benefits Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in Bogotá and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

- Managing and executing project deliverables for client’s implementation, ongoing, and renewals.
- Tracking and reporting project status to brokers/clients and internal management teams, including the nature of local discussions impacting insurance placement or plan design strategy.
- Serving as a liaison between local brokerage offices and global client.
- Assisting general clients with monitoring employee benefit programs worldwide by managing and summarizing renewal progress and terms to ensure governance and consistency with their objectives.
- Providing renewal directions to local brokerage teams and managing project timelines.




- Outlining data and reporting expectations within our proprietary Global Benefits Management tools & platforms.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (Business, International Affairs, or related).
- 3+ years of experience in project management and multilanguage client‑facing role managing relationships.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in global benefits consulting or a related field.
- Benefits management (life, dental, health, pension, travel insurance, etc.).
- Familiarity with global insurance markets and vendor/carrier landscapes.
